General Entry Guidelines :

The International Brand Academy & Research (IBAR) celebrate the achievements of SMEs, startups, multinational enterprises, and sector leaders across industries such as Real Estate, Healthcare, Technology, Education, Lifestyle, Manufacturing, Automobiles, and beyond.

  • Only business owners, authorized representatives, or individuals with official approval may submit an application on behalf of their organization.

  • Award recipients will be acknowledged with a title presented under the name of the organizing academy.

  • Each applicant is required to complete the official registration form and provide valid website and business details. These details may be used across IBAR’s marketing, branding, and communication platforms.

  • The judging process is strictly confidential. Neither feedback nor explanations regarding jury decisions will be shared. No appeals or clarifications will be entertained.

  • The jury operates independently, and its decision is final. IBAR will not be held liable for any decisions made by the judging committee. Participation implies full acceptance of these terms.

  • Entries must be submitted within the announced timeline. Delayed submissions may only be accepted with prior approval from the IBAR Awards management. The academy also reserves the right to revise entry deadlines without prior notice.

  • IBAR retains full authority to decline or disqualify any entry without providing reasons.

  • IBAR, its partners, sponsors, or affiliates will not be responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries due to technical or other unforeseen issues.

These conditions are binding for all applicants and are mandatory prior to confirming any bookings for the award ceremony.

 

 

Bookings & Payment Terms :

  • Reservations can be made via email communication or by submitting the official application form. Full payment must be processed along with the booking; last-minute or partial payments will not be accepted.

  • A booking is only confirmed once the applicant receives an official acknowledgment from IBAR. In case a booking cannot be accommodated, applicants will be notified via email, and refunds (if applicable) will be initiated promptly.

  • Payments may be made through credit/debit cards, cheques, digital wallets, or bank transfers (details provided upon request). IBAR will not be responsible for additional bank charges. Proof of payment must be shared with the organizing team for final confirmation.

  • Payments are non-refundable once processed. However, in rare circumstances, the IBAR committee may review refund requests on a case-to-case basis. Substitution of attendees will not incur additional fees.

  • IBAR reserves the right to alter event dates, venues, or packages when necessary, without prior announcement.

 

Award Entry Conditions :

  • National and international organizations are eligible to apply, subject to holding a valid trade license.

  • A minimum of three (3) years in operation and an annual turnover of at least ₹10 crores (or equivalent in local currency) is required for entry consideration.

  • Winners may use their award recognition and IBAR branding solely for promotional and marketing purposes in alignment with the award category they receive.

  • Confidential insights from judges will not be disclosed under any circumstances. The judging panel and IBAR will not be held accountable for their decisions.

  • IBAR reserves the right to reject entries or withdraw participants without justification.

  • Finalists must attend and present before the judging panel as part of the evaluation process. Failure to attend will result in disqualification.

  • Entrants who do not attend the awards ceremony will not be entitled to refunds or post-event recognition.
